Love the videos! Thanks. I could watch you make bread all day. 😊 I do need to ask a question about the egg bread. When using silicone why do you spray? I always thought silicone had a non stick feature. I haven't used mine yet so that's why I'm asking.

I found a need to up my activity during the winter (too cold outdoors!) and I tend to spend too much time at my desk. So, bought myself a fitness trampoline…..whoooeeee, that does the job! I've experimented in the past with no coffee, but coffee is not an issue for me. I dropped the HWC as of Jan 1 and I might enjoy two cups a day with collagen (and now) walnut milk. Let's see what results, if any.

Thank you, Nili! I was wondering if you could talk about storage requirements for the various egg breads. Do they need to be refrigerated? How long are they good in the fridge? I am new to this and I am so thankful for your channel! I also love the little bits with your family. Your children are all adorable, and you are such a good mom. Blessings on you!

The $4.99 for the Indigo Cafe group is a bargain! I saw another Keto site that has a Group, and hers is $30.00 a month. I'm really enjoying the community, support and sharing of information among members that is happening in the group. Thanks!

So with you on streamlining my focus on overall wellness this year. Easing into World Carnivore Month nicely and I'm incorporating lean days, as well.

Dairy remains high on my list to eliminate for at least a few weeks in Jan. We'll see 😒 Hopefully, this approach will break a yearlong stall. Miss the kitties, but I like these weekly chats a lot. 🐈🌞🐈🌞

I’m making your go to bread today but I have a question….I’m using butter powder so that means I eliminate any yolk powder right? The butter powder just gets added after I whip it right?

I am still going strong with mt paleo eating. No issues yet. I am making my own mayo and ranch dressing today! I came up with a great egg bite recipe (I’ll be sharing via video soon!) I have had no cravings, which is wonderful. I am getting a bit more energy, starting to work on kitchen duties earlier in the day (normally I lay around until almost noon before I get energy. It is definitely helping.

I am also not much of an exercise person but my job is my exercise (I do a lot of heavy lifting and I am on my feet the whole time.) I have decided to add in some light weight work 2x a week for January, working towards 4x a week by Spring. I also have to lose my muffin top so I’ll be adding in.some core strengthening. I broke my shoulder in 2019 and am amazed at how much I can lift after a couple of years but I don’t want to over-work my arms considering what I do at work (I lift 20-40 lb boxes for 2-3 hours a day 6 days a week). Good luck adding in your yoga. I did yoga for a long time and loved it. I have thought about getting back into it. I have scoliosis and I know it is good for my spine. I was thinking of adding in some at some point this year. We will see.

Happy New Year. Good to see you went back to your normal base diet so easily. I have been trying to eat dairy-free for a few weeks and the hardest part is sandwiches with no cheese. Otherwise it hasn’t been that difficult. There are some great vegan cheese options these days (VitaLife is one of my faves right now – it melts!)
