    I can’t believe it! On my morning walks, I started listening to Healthy Emmie podcasts and thought “I can do this!” I started at 132 lbs. and was miserable because my pants were too tight and I refused to buy a larger size. In two weeks, I’ve lost 10 pounds without suffering with 7 more to go. My digestion is great and meals satisfying. Each meal includes a vegetable and a starch. I’m 71 and thought I couldn’t lose weight due to age. It’s not true! Thanks Emmie!

    I always thought it strange that people would take trail mix on hikes. like one serving is so tiny and LOADED. You are just burning off those cal hiking then adding them back plus more

    Hey, I‘ve been eating like this for about 3 years now. I’m a starting nutritionist but none of my clients want to eat this way. I think Belgium isn’t ready to give up meat and processed foods yet. 😞

    I wonder how you deal with chocolate cravings, I enjoy chocolate but that has oil, nut butter and nuts. When you make it you're self , I thought of just using nut butter with chocolate
