I found this a bit hard to follow. Would help those of us not familiar South-beach, & don’t know what exchanges should be used or measurements during the video while watching what was added & when. I clicked on this video because it’s the only one I found dealing with individual cheese cake cupcakes made w Ricotta . More helpful if instruction went along with adding ingredients.

i made this today and i set it for like 25 mins and still soft . i ended up for almost 1 hrs just to cook this. okay its cooked now and i taste it and i don't like it .taste you are eating the whole cheese.

You need to dip a spoon into it. A lot of your videos would be perfect , if you showed the inside texture. Texture matters. Other than that , good recipe, good video.
