Oh yum! I would add a little turmeric powder (or fresh grated) just because it goes well with these spices and it is soooo good for your health. I sneak into anything I can. Love you and love your family, your Poncho, your home, and your videos. I guess you can say I’m a fan. 🤪
Love it! I"m playing a little game 'how long can i go without buying groceries'….(because I have so much stuff in my pantry I'm afraid the drawers are going to collapse!) I just ordered an instant pot, and I can't wait to try this. I have everything but the red potatoes…. I think I'll use carrots instead.

Made the soup today. I had to sub butternut squash and cauliflower in place of sweet potatoes and red potatoes. I'm doing a GI cleanse, so no starchy vegetables for now.

Hey Jill, love your videos and info! I have an Instant Pot question. I soak all my grains in ACV overnight to aid in digestion, as well as soaking all dry beans overnight in water for the same reason. There are lots of IP recipes I’d like to try that use dry grains and beans from the start. What advice do you have on how to adjust both the amount of liquid called for and cook time in the original recipe for soaked grains and beans vs dried?

Love all your videos…just bought you cookbook. I have one question that I hope you can answer. My hubby isn't vegan and I'm trying to do cooking meat from frozen state. Watched another YouTuber video for chicken and cream of mushroom soup with stuffing on top. Tried it twice and kept getting it switched off and a "burned" message. Followed recipe but didn't work. The YouTuber couldn't figure it out. Any advice?

I have an Ip, a Consori and a Go Wise USA. I use them all. I like ip for some things and not for others. I use the recipes for mostly in my Consori. They work better in there! But, great recipes in the book.
