My first time making it, I mixed it about a minute too long and it came out with a stiffer consistency than in your video which allowed me to eat it without having to refrigerate it.

So many ways to play around with this idea. Thanks for sharing! 🙌🏽

Keto newbies will love this. Keto purists will cringe. I realized a few things after I made my first keto dessert, a pannacotta, with cream. You get better at keto, you learn as you go. I love all the enthusiasm and the courage to try things that shine through in so many of these keto videos.

HI Bobbie. I'm a Keto newbie. I'm in need for a fat bomb using coconut cream. I have a can but I'm wondering if I can use coconut cream instead of heavy cream. Hope you can help me. TY. I'm confused. Is this pudding or jello.?

Sugar free jello is not keto check the ingredients it’s full of aspartame, maltodextrin and a lot of other stuff that’s bad for you. This will definitely slow your weight loss.

I am on day 13, I don't have a huge sweet tooth but I do enjoy sweets. I'm going to try this. I just whipped up some heavy cream added 1 packet of stevia and lemon extract. whipped to soft peaks, tastes like a fluffy ice cream!

If in ketosis and seeking good healthy sweets, this is not the way to go. Find grass fed bovine gelatin, use essential oils to get flavor, and stevia for sweetness. Read labels. Dont make stuff to please ur kids.

I do Sugar free jello cheesecake pudding & mix it with strawberry sugar free jello. Omg… it's soooooo good! If I make it for my family, I use almond flour, Kerry gold butter & stevia for the crust. I cut them into small pie pieces and it's 3 net cans each slice.

Never knocks me out of ketosis 🙌

Actually, "sugar free" jello in a box has maltodextrin in it which is the worst sugar/filler for keto as maltodextrin is 110 on the glycemic index while table sugar is 65. I wish you great success on your keto journey! Tips for starting out on keto: Measure yourself (if you're wanting to lose weight)! Cut string to fit your waist, then tape it to your wall, and re-measure when/if you hit a stall so you can SEE progress. The first week or so will, usually, be water weight. Once you start to lose weight around 1-2 lbs a week, then you should be happy because that will be actual weight loss. If you get headaches or fatigue from lack of electrolytes, drink pickle or olive juice. Works wonders! Replenish electrolytes-potassium (avocados/no salt salt substitute), magnesium (avocados/leafy greens), and sodium (pink salt). Don't invest in urine strips unless you want to be disappointed a few weeks down the road. They measure excess ketones. When you start keto, your body doesn't know what to do with ketones so it flushes them out, therefore you'll start seeing the darker results a few days/week in (the deepest purple doesn't mean super ketosis, you're more than likely just dehydrated). A few weeks in, your body will know what to do with ketones so it will "flush" them out a lot less, only showing trace amounts as a result (which is wrong) so they become only a yes or no answer..and even at that not trustworthy. Don't really eat sweets/dessert replacements the first week even though your body will CRAVE them for a few days (carb withdrawl). Determine if you're going to be strict keto (watching ingredients) vs dirty keto (not watching ingredients for insulin spikes). If you are going strict look at all ingredients, mainly maltodextrin. It's 110 on the glycemic index (table sugar is 65) so be sure to watch spices, spice packets, jello in a box, I mean everything for it. Sugar free Russell Stovers or Atkins bars aren't good either. They have maltitol in them which first off gives you intestinal issues but second is 35 on GI. You should stick with sweeteners that are 12 or less. Also, if you really want to get serious with keto, mayos and dressings that have soybean oil in them aren't great. Soybean oil is high in omega 6 (not the greatest for keto) and pro-inflammatory. Its best to use avocado oil mayo and dressings. (check the ingredients because if there's other oils that's not good either). Primal Kitchen has some great ones of both mayo and dressings! Hope this helps!:)
