wheres the meat, this recipe is awful
looks really good. I thought the video was a bit fast to follow. Its nice pics to music but awkward to watch the video edits are not enough to take me off of youtube to your website when I know I can just find another easier video on massaman here. But If I was to get the recipe and ingredients from this video I might have done as I do that normally. Thats just my opinion.

a lot of complicated ingredients for minimalist cooking. just the red curry paste and coconut milk with your veggies is all you really need. oh and yes the lime juice.
