Oh my gosh, I honestly don't think I know anyone in this world who eats this well, and it's keto too! This is so good! People need to tune in or risk missing out! Thank you for another interesting, enjoyable, and wonderful video!

I made some of that cottage cheese ice cream, and I used allulose because someone said it would keep the ice cream from freezing hard. But it didn't work. The ice cream was like an ice cube. I wonder if the brand of allulose makes a difference. Oh, those baby babbles just melted my heart!

Thank you for saying out loud what we all think. I agree hands down. Last summer my doctor put me on the great American diet-I gained 30 pounds and inflammation returned -I am going rogue and returning to low carb keto lifestyle. Slowly feeling better. You are inspiring!
Love the snow ball battle! What a great family memory!

My jaw dropped when you said the price of the ribeye 😮. Next time I make ice cream coffee it is 😋😋. The first time I went into the Carnivore Crisp store I met the owner. He was extremely friendly and informative. Every flavor I have tried was delicious. The only one I wasn’t happy with were the chicken skins. I think they were $13.99 or around that and there were only 4 skins in the bag. Thought that was way overpriced IMO.

Paula… I recently got a food dehydrator for my birthday and now I am making my own jerky, vegetable chips, dried tomatoes, dry mushrooms. It’s a life changer! It takes time, but it’s well worth it. You can control the ingredients in the marinades… I just wanted to give you this idea, because you and Ed just might love it!
