    Don't feel bad about not using chopsticks! My family owned a Chinese restaurant for 40 years. I grew up working there. I'm 1/3 Chinese and I don't even use chopsticks when I eat Chinese food, LOL! I joke that I actually like getting the food to my mouth and always ask for a fork if one isn't on the table, even in Hong Kong and Macau. Haha. I do have a question. Are the noodles soft or al dente? I like a firmer but not crisp noodle if you know what I mean. Part of the reason I never really liked Healthy Noodles was because the texture was too soft. But then some shirataki noodles are too crisp which is weird.
