Hi Paula and Ed, keep up the good work, eating, healthy and staying busy . I have a question for you. I am not very good on the computer, but for a year now I’ve been on keto and have tried ordering off of you and other peoples websites to save money and it doesn’t work for me. I guess because my husband sets up the Amazon I know the password and I don’t so is that the only way I can do it is to go down and open up off your webpage. I can’t go to my Amazon from my webpage and enter you in if you know any other way, let me know. Thanks.

Ed might try alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen instead of the pain medication. My husband was hit head on years ago and had a crushed hip, compound fracture of the femur and 9 broke ribs. He didn’t take the opioid medication and chose to do the Tylenol/ ibuprofen instead. He was unable to walk for 3 months and thankfully recovered well. I hope Ed’s recovery goes well too.

When I make chilli I put bones right into the pot of chilli and cook it all together on low for a couple hours. Makes its own broth and less work making separate pot of broth.

That is so sweet regarding your elderly neighbor. Good neighbors are such a blessing❤. There is a quote, and I don't remember from where; "when an old man dies a library burns to the ground." I am sure that your neighbor is a wealth of knowledge.
