Hi everyone. Thanks so much for watching our new Meal Prep video. Now that I am working full time for the next 7 weeks, I have to pack meals like everyone else. So here is what we are having for lunchs and dinners this week. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below, you know I love hearing from you. -Joey
Hi..what size are the mason jars for overnight oats?🐾
Love PBD, thanks for sharing sharing recipes in the description. I have just changed to plant based and need ideas for re ipes. Might have to buy an instant pot as i also work fulltime and it looks like it can save you a lot of time.
you can do it! enjoy the process! thanks for sharing and take a deep breath! you got this!! 🙂
I’ve always wondered how little liquid you could use for beans. I’m excited to make another batch of beans and try 4 cups of liquid instead of the 6-8 I normally do.
Joey, get yourself a ceramic knife, cuts everything like you're going thru butter.
OMG I just made your lentil Dahl and had it over cubed sweet potato. So good 👍. I'm really impressed by it. Fantastic Joey
I liked the off the cuff parts of this video. Great ideas for meal prep. 👍
This meal prep video is great! I do all my meal prep on Sunday for the following week also. It's amazing how much time it seems to take, but it sure is great having everything ready for the week ahead. The recipes you showed look amazing! I'm anxious to make them all! Love your videos. Good luck with your teaching gig!
How do you keep your your pots so clean and shinny? Mine are not shinny anymore 😞
Great video really love all these recipes as they all look amazing! BTW is it me or have you and Tim lost more weight? I swear you both look fantastic. Have fun teaching this week
Congrats on your job Joey! I actually saved this video because I want to make them all! Especially loved the spices in the soup!
I loved that you are just like everyone and can't ever get to everything you intended to do. This video was great. The food looks wonderful. I'm going to try to make the soup soon. We are in the process of moving so it won't be until we are settled in. My meal prep had really fallen behind bc of the move but I'll be back on track soon!

Love this video, including Tim’s cameos. Can’t wait to try the recipes. Thanks!! ❤️
A lot of work cooking healthy food for a busy week ahead. But worth it. Thanks for the two new recipes. Look forward to trying those & the vegetable soup.
Joey, when you have time will you add the portable cooktop to your kitchen gear list?
I have a gas stovetop & it takes forever for large pots of liquids to heat up to a simmer~boil.
I donated my InstaPot. Just didn’t care for it. I think it scared me. Not proud of that.
Great video! I feel excited to do my meal prep today after watching this.
Great prep video. People need to see these in action to understand how to prepare ahead of time. I loved seeing Tim in the background with his goofy faces he was making.
I was trying hard to not laugh watching what knives he used and how he used them 🙂
Love food prep videos 😊
I'm a lazy cook. I don't saute anything. I just dump it & go. I'm sure my meals would taste better if I did, but time is more important to me than taste.
Great video. I'm wondering why you don't cook the rice using the rice button on the IP?
Did I miss something? No Black Bean recipe in description on my viewing. Oh, my! 😊
I do the same thing on Sunday afternoon after going to the grocery store. I make a different soup and salad each week. Then, I make overnight steel cut oats: 3 cups of boiling water, 1 cup of oats. Boil for 1 minute. Stir. Turn the heat off and cover. Leave out or put in the refrigerator overnight.
I made your black bean recipe for lunches this week. I love them!
Loving that vegan Indian lentil Dahl. I could definitely eat that every week so much flavor going on through that dish with all the amazing spices along with the Garam masala wow what a spectacular Dish
Great video! Appreciate the step by step instructions. So helpful. By the way,Tim, you look great with a mustache!
How much dry black beans?
Garam masala is so underrated. Seriously delicious spice blend!!
Ok. So. It would be fun if you made one of your episodes to be like a math problem.
Thank you for this video. I work full time and I have been struggling with food prep. This video has motivated me!
This video was awesome.
Doesn’t the rubber seal in the instant pot absorb the smell of all these different meals? I hardly use mine but after I do cook anything with spices the seal smells gross for a long time.
Great video! We don’t mind night videos with the reflection in window! tfs
I need that funnel, I usually fill them over a bowl to catch the spills 😉
I love you PBD! You are such an inspiration and a bright light in such a darkened world! I’m sure the kids love you too! Keep doing what you’re doing!
Love the prep Joey! Have a great week 👍
I make veggie soup regularly, but I’m interested in the spices you used to make mine a little different. When you have a chance, can you give me the spice list and amounts? Thanks! PS—Going to make the dal today. 💕
nice!
Excellent recipe video Joey and this video is longer than your usual video's. But that's a good thing especially if it is just a weekly video. Love 🥰the Lentil Dahl recipe Joey because I love😍 spicy recipes/foods. Have a good week and take care of yourself.
Great Video. Where is the veggie soup recipe? That looked delicious!
I'm glad you answered the call to teach! The food prep looked yummy. Today I made a simple garbanzo loaf which turned out very good! My parents were vegetarians,so I was raised a vegetarian. It was only a hop, skip, and a jump to being plant based.
Love it when you cook.!
Great job the soup is on my list as well as the other recipes thank you
