This meal prep video is great! I do all my meal prep on Sunday for the following week also. It's amazing how much time it seems to take, but it sure is great having everything ready for the week ahead. The recipes you showed look amazing! I'm anxious to make them all! Love your videos. Good luck with your teaching gig!

I loved that you are just like everyone and can't ever get to everything you intended to do. This video was great. The food looks wonderful. I'm going to try to make the soup soon. We are in the process of moving so it won't be until we are settled in. My meal prep had really fallen behind bc of the move but I'll be back on track soon!

A lot of work cooking healthy food for a busy week ahead. But worth it. Thanks for the two new recipes. Look forward to trying those & the vegetable soup.
Joey, when you have time will you add the portable cooktop to your kitchen gear list?
I have a gas stovetop & it takes forever for large pots of liquids to heat up to a simmer~boil.
I donated my InstaPot. Just didn’t care for it. I think it scared me. Not proud of that.

Great prep video. People need to see these in action to understand how to prepare ahead of time. I loved seeing Tim in the background with his goofy faces he was making.

I do the same thing on Sunday afternoon after going to the grocery store. I make a different soup and salad each week. Then, I make overnight steel cut oats: 3 cups of boiling water, 1 cup of oats. Boil for 1 minute. Stir. Turn the heat off and cover. Leave out or put in the refrigerator overnight.

Doesn’t the rubber seal in the instant pot absorb the smell of all these different meals? I hardly use mine but after I do cook anything with spices the seal smells gross for a long time.

I make veggie soup regularly, but I’m interested in the spices you used to make mine a little different. When you have a chance, can you give me the spice list and amounts? Thanks! PS—Going to make the dal today. 💕

Excellent recipe video Joey and this video is longer than your usual video's. But that's a good thing especially if it is just a weekly video. Love 🥰the Lentil Dahl recipe Joey because I love😍 spicy recipes/foods. Have a good week and take care of yourself.

I'm glad you answered the call to teach! The food prep looked yummy. Today I made a simple garbanzo loaf which turned out very good! My parents were vegetarians,so I was raised a vegetarian. It was only a hop, skip, and a jump to being plant based.
