Wishing it was sunday and I was making this for my monday self to enjoy as leftovers right about now😋😋 I'm not even sure that made sense…NEED  PASTA! It looks delish, that crumbly tofu texture😍

I have tried variations of this recipe multiple times and they all turned out amazingly delicious. Using vegetable stock and canned tomatoes definitely amps up the flavor of the pasta. Adding tofu is such a sneaky yet brilliant way of getting more protein. I can't help but keep coming back to this recipe- I crave it literally every week!

I made this today and it was soooooo good – such great flavor and so satisfying! I actually didn’t use the instant pot as I wanted to use chickpea pasta and was worried it would get mushy. So I just prepared the sauce on the stove top, minus the vegetable broth, and spooned it over the cooked pasta. It was fantastic – thank you for a great recipe!

I just tried making this in my instant pot but the "burn" sign kept going off. so i cleaned my bowl and tried again but no luck. do you know why this might happen? the only thing i did different was use lentil pasta instead of regular

    Hi Nisha,
Tempting pasta! No instant pot! Will try in regular pot. 👍
And, if possible, will you make a video about hot/ warm vegan drinks ? Like herbal tea / plant milk drinks kind of?!

Yummy! I don't have an instant pot, but I think that this recipe can be made in a traditional pot also.
And I'm so jealous that you have those big blocks of tofu! The ones I can find here are half that size (and weight), so I have to use 2 blocks if I want a decent amount of food. Or cook more often 🙂

Another sweet little video. Please show more & more recipes using the Instant Pot. I am happy that you showed correct technique to chop veggies & also how to remove excess water from tofu. In the end you created a simple but tasty vegan pasta bolognese. I plan to make this dish next weekend but of course, I would add a little more garlic & red chili flakes! Thanks, Nisha.
