Thanks for another great meal prep video. I made the mini pumpkins pies last night and they were delicious. I added the coconut reddi wip. Even my husband loved them. I am going to make more for Thanksgiving and also make the mini pecan pies. I may also make the cranberry sauce? Did you like it? My family loves sweet cranberry sauce, was it sweet enough or do you suggest adding more swerve? Hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving!

I made a zero point (on Freestyle/Blue) lemon pie filling I put in the wonton wrapper crusts. They were very good when first made but got soggy by the next day. I decided that I would bake the crusts and make the filling and then fill them as we were ready to eat them. I don’t know if that would work with the pumpkin and pecan though.

Wanna say a big thanks to Charlie. Watching his veggie preps I tried his way of cutting bell peppers. His way makes much more sense. All these years I would cut off the top and the bottom of the bell pepper first and then take the seeds and membrane out. It was messy with lots of seeds sticking to the pepper. But the way Charlie does it the bell pepper pieces don't have seeds stuck to it.
His way is the way I will always do my bell peppers from now on. Thanks Charlie!

With an adjustment of 1/4 cup less milk and add 1/4 cup chicken broth I got the points down to 6 for the casserole, I cant wait to try it! The Pumpkin Pie is definitely on the menu for Thanksgiving at only 1 point for me! I am thankful for your sharing these great recipes, you make it all look so easy, but We know it’s a lot of Work. Happy Thanksgiving, and enjoy your new little baby girl!

Do the mini pies need to be refrigerated? I think this same idea would be great with 1 – 2 T of sugar free pie filling or the zero point cooked apples. I might make up some empty shells to fill.

All looks delicious! Can’t wait to try them. May use leftover turkey in the pasta bowls. Love the way you are sharing your recipes! Very easy way to do it. Thanks for all you do.
