For about eight years I have 3 stovetop pressure cookers, they are the kind where the lid actually goes inside the pot,
they are an Italian brand called aeternum. 3 qt, 5 at & 8 at.
And 2 electric pressure cookers, one is a MasterChef my wife picked up last year but for the last six months I have been using a Breville. We sent my daughter-in-law an instant pot down in Florida she loves it.
