    Hey Lakshay,
    Why do you eat so much seeds in your breakfast?I only eat just 1 tbsp each time.
    And why don't you use soy milk,instead of almond,oat or rice milk,since it's so much more nutrient (and protein) dense?
    The other thing is that you could do a MyFitnessPal breakdown of each food that you use,its quantity and macros.
    Because after watching this video,still your meals don't add up to 163 gr of protein,i just don't get how much protein is there in your curry,
    or your protein bread.
    I had previously asked you to make your own protein bread,because i want something similar in my diet,
    since there isn't something like this available where i live.
    So could you do that for one of your next videos?

    I appreciate your videos and all the tips man. And. I'm the same boat with you on peanut butter, I could eat that stuff nonstop it's easily a trigger food but I've learned better after I lost all of my weight.

    I love seeing that you've only used barely any protein powder at a. You're doing a lot for the vegan community and it's refreshing finding a mail in the vegan sphere because all I ever really see are female creators and it's tough because our our nutrition needs differ between men and women especially when someone like myself is so focused on being a runner and is a runner and putting on more muscle
