OK. Here's how it is. I made your Key Lime Cheesecake using your Keto crust. It was a huge hit so I just told everyone "I made it." Now I am preparing another one along with your Pumpkin pie spice cheesecake for our family thanksgiving gathering. There are some good cooks there. If it is a hit I will just tell them "I made it." But if it turns out to be a disappointment I will tell them "I got it off the internet from some Yankee in the Twin Cities." LOL. Thanks for the recipes. I will tell them where I got them. I like this guy and his awesome kids!!!! I have 8 children!!! You would like I could not stand kids at this point but motherhood and fatherhood never never die until you do!!!! So I ordered the rack for by 8 quart Fagor pressure cooker that I bought not knowing it was an instant pot type lol and I have enjoyed it. I love it so much, I gifted my future son in law a crazy for cooking kind of guy one and he was pleasantly surprised.
I might go to Cannonsburg Pa Dec 7 with him (he wanted to pick me up he is so sweet) for the All Clade annual sale. I am trying hard to resist the temptation of going. I missed the USA pan sale near or in Pittsburgh annually held in November. They do Sonoma All clade was there etc.
I love the science of cooking not just cooking and baking probably that is why we had a big family so I had an excuse to cook. I make my own yogurt and wonder if the Fagor can? Recently, used the slow cooker for yogurt no scorching and that was great. I usually make 12 quarts of Greek Yogurt since I am Greek and we consume it.

Go online amazon sells the exact size parchment paper for our little cheesecake pans. You get 200 for like $7.00 it’s worth it I promise.
