The only thing I have ever cooked in my instant pot is spaghetti squash (7 minutes).It took me about 6 months to use my instant pot, and I am looking forward to using it more. This is so good and easy. I am making the stew for the second time, the right way! The first time I didn't have any potatoes, and I added turmeric. This is one of those recipes you can change up. I bet it would be good with rice instead of potatoes.
