It's amazing how Carole Levy entered the scene and took off. She has been non stop! Her recipes and tips are simply nothing less than outstanding, or as Chef AJ said, FABULOUS! I love Carole's enthusiasm and absolute joy in sharing her recipes. She knows they are delicious and she is almost giddy in teaching us how to attempt them. Carole takes care of the conundrum of too many ingredients, etc. She simplifies the steps and they make sense, thus they are doable. It was wonderful to see both dogs on the show, as well!
