    I'm not sure how you could call that a success?? It was raw in middle and wasn't browned. I think your favorite friend watching you could get a nice doggy treat.
    I would suggest you use the saute, feature to brown on both sides before you cook it. It will look better and taste better.

    Next time try using the Saute setting and brown or char the meatloaf on the outside first before pressure cooking, also use the rack so the meatloaf isn't directly in the water and I think you will be much more pleased with the results.
