Love your recipes but the scraping of the fork or spoon against your teeth when you eat is like nails on a chalkboard. I usually have to cut the videos short because of that.

Got an instant pot and found it scary so sent it back. Watching your channel I got another and so glad I did. You simplified the use of it for me and now I use it almost everyday. This spaghetti and meatballs was absolutely amazing 😋😋😋 just pre ordered your book ….roll on may 14th

Dont get me wrong love the chan love my instant pot. But there are some recipes that are just simpler and better nade from actual scratch. N this is one…i just feel you over complicate what most freshmen master in a dormitory while passing a bong.

I've made spaghetti and meatball for my 2nd IP meal. I will never make spaghetti on the stove ever again. Frozen meatballs are pretty darn good. The herbed cheese you used sounds fabulous. Do not have it handy. I think I'll try cream cheese in my next batch. I always have some in my fridge.

Made this last night in the Instant Pot and it was killer good! I could not find any Ikea brand meatballs so I used Cooked Perfect Italian Style from Kroger's frozen section and they taste pretty darn good. I also opted to use the Boursin Garlic cheese and omg the flavor…. it was out of this world. If you are waffling on making this recipe, try it. I urge you to give it a shot. The Boursin cheese really sets it off and makes it dee-lish!

Thanks for sharing the recipe. 🙂

I made this tonight and it was delicious, but I highly recommend you make this 30-60 mins before you intend to eat. The required 3 cups of broth make the sauce extremely thin, but it thickens up nicely over time. Also, the pasta comes out medium al dente and it allows the pasta to cook to soft al dente.

I made our dinner based off of this recipe tonight, and OMG! SO good! Genius! Hubs just ate FOUR bowls of it, and my kid (a possible alien because he hates all things “melty cheese”) scarfed it down and declared it delicious. So easy to make. Thank you! 🙂

Great video, but a suggestion — breathe every now and then! 🙂 Your nonstop, high-octane narration is exhausting — you need to give the audience some down-time every few seconds.

Jeffery , I love all your videos BUT it would help your awesome delicious food were presented better.. maybe colorful plates, more focused photos. The dishes are nearly all the same color. Yours are the only videos that I trust for the instant pot. I’m anxiously waiting for your cookbook.

Thank you 🙏🏻 watching you eased any trepidation I felt about starting to use my Instant Pot Ultra. I received it last night, and this is the first recipe I made! Also, I’ve always made my own sauce, but after your recommendation and reading what’s in Victoria sauce, I decided to try it today. I’m glad I did! Mama will never make sauce again kids! Love your channel and thank you again💞

I've watched your videos for the past couple months, ever since I got my first Instant Pot — and I just got the pun of your YouTube Channel name. Pressure Luck — press your luck — LOLOLOLOL I love it.

Anyway, I used this video (and the sausage pasta video) as a jumping point to make my pasta. I used sweet Italian turkey sausage, diced tomatoes, my own herbs from my garden, garlic, onions, chicken broth, and rotini pasta. It worked great!!! Faster than on the stovetop and no mess of splattering sauce all over the place! This is the only way to make pasta and red sauce.

Thank you very much, Jeffrey, for all your informative and easy-to-follow video recipes.
