Hi _ (I don't even know your name), Well it came out just right. If you are willing to e-mail me your e-mail address I can show you pictures of it cut. My e-mail is gatorholic@aol.com. I drizzed 1 tsp of sugar-free Smuckers chocolate Sundae Syrup (0 WW points) on top of it and a dollup of Reddi Wip coconut milk sugar-free whipped cream (0 WW points) over a 1/8 piece of the cheesecake for a ZERO point dessert. Wasn't bad. The instructions say to wait an hour to get everything at room temperature and not to use a mixer–only beat by hand. I think mixing it with a hand mixer like you do would be a smoother cake than I got, however. I do exactly as you do, I put all the ingrediants in one bowl. However, I waited an hour so everything is at room temp and beat it all by hand with a wooden spoon. By the way I watched your Minnesota Vikings exhibition game last night and am so glad they won. Looks like you will have a pretty decent team this year. Of course I'm a Dolphin fan and Marlins fan. I don't know when we play the Twins or the Vikings in the future. I wanted to also say I watched your wine-making video and have ordered the same items from Amazon and bought the same juice. You say a couple of times later in the vid to use items that have been sanitized (for example the funnel for one) so I am going to save the sanitizer in another bowl for those items you say to sanitize later in the video instead of making a new batch of sanitizer. I also will put my hands in the sanitizer so that when handling the items I won't contaminate them. Looking forward to the items arriving from Amazon. I think I may have found another hobby thanks to you–wine making using my IP. "Signing out Tom Hayes"

You're my favorite channel on YouTube. This recipe I will have to try when I get down to my goal weight on WW. I really like the way you' take such an interest in your boys and plan different outings with them and include them in your vids. You're a great Dad and all dads should see your videos. I had a great Dad too. He was even my boy scout troop master one year. Anyway, as I said I'm near my goal weight (185) on WW (Weight Waqtchers). I need your help in the meantime. I made your cheesecakes all the time until I ballooned up to 225 pounds. I'm now 191 thanks to WW. I find all kinds of cheesecake recipes using fat free Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. However, there are none I can find that use the IP. I want to experiment and do it, but I cannot figure out how you come up with the time to cook. Some of yours you use 28 minutes; others like the pumpkin is 40 minutes. Maybe if I type the recipe you can tell me how many minutes. I have the same Daddy-O pan as you do, and have made many of your excellent cheesecakes, but how do you determine the time to cook them since they're all different? Here is the recipe for a WW lemon cheesecake:
3 eggs; 3 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt; one small box instant sugarfree/fat free cheesecake pudding; 1/2 T. lemon extract; 3 T. fresh lemon juice; 3 T. sugar substitute (like Truvia, Splenda, Swerv, Lakanto etc). Then the recipe gives the instructions on oven cooking. There is never an IP method. I've looked all over YouTube and 9 IP cookbooks. Help? Can you tell me given the ingredients how long to cook it in the IP? Notice no crust–too many calories, but I'd use parchment paper wrapped Daddy-O pan like you use. Help? I hope you reply so I can bake this in my IP. I have one just like yours. I loved when you put the camera showing outside on one of your videos all the snow–so beautiful. I live in Fort Lauderdale and have only seen snow a couple of times in my life. Keep the vids coming and keep up the inspirational time you spend with your boys. They will never forget what care and love you're giving them.

My email is gatorholic@aol.com. Yes I'm a UF grad and bleed orange and blue. We open the football season Saturday in Orlando against hated state rival Miami. GO GATORS!

P.S. If you made a WW cheesecake video using Greek yogurt I bet you'd have tons of comments. The one I gave you above is only 1 WW point for a quarter of the whole cheesecake! That's why I want to make it using the IP and not the oven. If I don't hear back from you I'll just guess at it and probably use 30 minutes.)

I was getting ready to make the choc – malt cheesecake,,…but now – I'm thinking this is the one! Notice you've made a tweak or two – like the cream of tartar – that was not in the others. And, the dark choc topping vs. semi sweet chips. Thanks for the inspiration….
