I guess I don't get why the videos go so darn fast…slow it down.
At 00:45 did you add more water to the pot?
Why the rush to get through this recipe ? If you slow down of you were might be able to catch on to what all you’re doing
Few tips:
1. Refrigerate that chicken in the marinade overnight or for at least a few hours before cooking.
2. If this is low-carb, don't use cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Use Xantham Gum. You can find the powder in the grocery store aisle near the almond flour and coconut oil.
3. Not really related to the recipe… but why make a low-carb recipe if you're going to serve it with a heaping side of corn? Try some asparagus or brussel sprouts instead.
