Ok I haven't bought a instent pot yet but after seeing the recipes I don't see the big difference between it and a slow cooker still a lot of simmering browing cutting and time just to prepare the meal now I bought me a air fryer that I love I haven't turned my oven or stove on in months so can you convince me why I should get a instent pot

As I white boy who has seldom had much exposure to authentic Mexican cooking, a few years back I developed a friendship with a co-worker from Jalisco and got invited to his family's Thanksgiving feast, believe me I didn't miss the Turkey they decided not to serve but instead his mother and sisters got busy in the kitchen making one of the most tasty things I have ever passed between my lips: BIRRIA authentic BIRRIA made from Goat….the home dish of Jalisco Wow.
