you should also know that greens and vegtables in general are very toxic and also a vegan diet doesnt work in the long term (when your body runs out of animal proteins you consumed before going vegan of course). you should stop promoting this deadly diet .. you will hit a wall yourself at some point then youd feel shame for promoting it on your channel

Thank you so much for this beautifully done video…🙏…If i ever get to California, i would love to go to those…i was wondering when someone was going to open an all vegan market, and i think you said, convenience store…that's awesome…they all truly look really really good……💛…i don't know if it matters to you if meat-eaters prepare vegan food, but i watched a video by "Totally Forkable," about 3 months ago, and she talked about when "Pure Food and Wine" used to be in NYC…i think someone said that they hired some meat-eaters to make the food there, although i don't know about everybody…Maybe they wanted to learn about raw food, i don't know…i don't know if that comment was in the video or in the comments below…So, if meat-eaters preparing food is a deterrent to you, you could always ask the restaurant if they hire them…Here is the video i saw… Thanks again…✨🌸✨https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3wUHBKUnOg&t=153s

i feel like this should be retitled to a "los angelos vegan food love story." Thanks for this, Sophia! I was feeling a bit unmotivated about the impact individuals have on the environment through food choices, but feel so much centered and hopeful now.

Incredibly informative in the event I visit this part of the States! Thank you so much for posting~
Honestly wish I could find this video equivalent for Baltimore, or DC, or really anywhere on the east coast that isn't Florida.

You have certainly changed… As the flower blooms and the butterfly emerges forever changed from her cocoon… The dragonfly breaking free of his liquid oppressor to spread his four wings to fly away and leave the lake… A fine wine being popped open after evolving for 102 years…

I cannot express how much I love the quality and content in this video, so I'm going to leave this passive aggressive statement here and hope it gives the necessary vibes that my words are failing to deliver

My brother took me out to eat at Au Lac years ago! It blew my mind because I wasn’t vegan at the time, now I’m living in Phoenix Az and I would do anything to go back and experience it again 🥹
