Love all your recipes. My wife is Mexican and doesn't know how to cook anything. I cook all the time and now your recipes means she can eat some of her food she grew up on. I'll have to say that I now cook Mexican food better than her mom lol. So much that her mom is asking me for Mexican recipes.

Great video, great recipe. Only thing Iβd add is to boil the chiles longer and emphasize the importance to strain the chile sauce or blend COMPLETELY. Missing that one step can really impact the overall enjoyment of the dish. Iβll be picking chile flakes from my teeth for the rest of the night. 2:40
