INGREDIENTS
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 large eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
nonstick cooking spray
1 tbsp. Butter, for serving
Maple syrup, for serving
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Using nonstick cooking spray, grease the bottom and sides of your Instant Pot. Pour batter into pot and seal lid. Set to low pressure. Cook for 50-55 minutes, or until the cake is springy to the touch and not at all wet.
3. Use a spatula to remove pancake from pot. Serve with butter and maple syrup.

Mine got the burn code too but the bottom was nicely browned. I should have tried turning it over and the rest might have cooked too. 🤷🏻♀️
Won't work. Not enough liquid gets thye burn code
Pancake was much too dense, also had an weird aroma, similar to pizza dough
I made this!!! It’s 2 inches thick and 8 inches wide. Enough to feed 4 people. Gonna make one for a birthday breakfast, with strawberries, whipped cream, and a candle. I recommend adding some cinnamon and a few dabs of vanilla to give it some flavor.
Fuck that. Lol.
So each one takes 45 minutes…useless recipe unless u have 3 or 4 instant pots lying around or are planning to eat alone
