It does not look the least bit appetizing – I use to do an omelet and put chopped tomatoes in the middle with onion. Much more attractive on a plate.
The beginning of that dish in South Asia is the base for korma. So that would be an egg korma for me.

Here in UK scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes served with or on toast is a common breakfast. But, these Asian influences raise this to a whole new wonderful level.
