A beautiful and economical dish. When I was younger I didn't like tomatoes cooked, except in sauce. As an adult I enjoy them cooked. Flo did your maternal Grandmother live to see you enjoy her dish?
Here in UK scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes served with or on toast is a common breakfast. But, these Asian influences raise this to a whole new wonderful level. Thank you.
Now this is a classic homestyle recipe. So simple and delicious! Happy Sunday! 💕
We used to make this. We're not Chinese? It tastes great. Loved it.
Love this! Ultimate comfort food!
Wow I am so inspired to try this dish!
Yummmm 😋
She teaches extremely well and seems like a really nice person, thank you!
As I watched this, I remember that my mom made something very similar, I'll have to try this, thanks for the reminder!
It does not look the least bit appetizing – I use to do an omelet and put chopped tomatoes in the middle with onion. Much more attractive on a plate.
The beginning of that dish in South Asia is the base for korma. So that would be an egg korma for me.
this does not look appetizing but I will try it just to see.?//
Cool cat
I would think you have to add the sugar it’s part of the recipe it caramelize as well
