    Pinch of salt

    total calories – 182
    total protein – 9.4g
    total fats – 8.8g
    total carbs – 18.7g
    total fiber – 2.4g

    Note: can use any milk of choice. And if you need an extra protein boost, can add a spoon or scoop of protein powder.
