Its call jemput jemput in malaysia. But we not “cook” flour. We just put hot water on that. Then cook it with hot oil too. You can put some onion also at that flour. Have many version jemput jemput we do here. YES ITS SO DELICIOUS. It’s crunchy also. 😊
