It's amazing how good those oats are, but sadly I have a strong reaction to even the so called non glutton oats. I'm pretty sure gluton isn't my problem, but I have found other ways to eat a healthy breakfast. I have suffered for years, had many tests, and all I had to do is Dr. McDougall's elimination diet, to find the culprits. No bananas, and no oats. So far, I have a world of wonderful meals as a consumer of the Starch Solution diet. Thank you for helping me discover these problems, and still keep my great plan. Love Dr. Lim's input.

Any tips on dishes for unexpected non-vegan / non-WFPB dinner guests? So far, I have made hearty salad bowls, chili with beans and lots of veggies and cornbread, and three-bean veggie soup but am stumped-lots of visitors at the moment. Help!

Thanks, Dr.,Lim! We have eaten the same breakfast as you for the last 10+ years, and we never tire of it! Our lunches and dinners are also soups and vegetable stir fry’s. Wish you were close to us- we are in Las Vegas and cannot find a wfpb family/ GP!🥲

I love rolled oats with flax seed, cane sugar, raisins, soaked in soy milk. I just make the overnight oats and let them soak for 15 min before eating
