I made these for dinner tonight and holy cowbells, they are SO GOOD (and SO easy!)!! The only thing I changed is that I used chipotle seasoning instead of cayenne pepper which gave these a really nice smokiness! I will be revisiting this recipe often! Thank you!

Eat beans almost every day so I'm not anti bean, but I gotta tell ya the lard is better for you than the beans. Lard is one of the best fats you can use for cooking.
