Are you kidding me? IP doesn't put recipe booklets inside the box anymore? Do they think we ALL have cellphones and want to pay monthly for that service? Well, a lot of us cut costs by NOT having cellphones! Don't want one or need one. This ticks me off! Guess I'd better buy that 6 qt. Duo Evo soon so I can get that booklet! GRRRRRRR!

I am so glad you made the nachos because I totally forgot about the nacho cheese sauce and I really wanted to make it. Ugh. Well, here it is again so now I can make an actual note and remember.

You know, it's going to be really interesting to see just how tall Levi gets with they way he likes to eat. LOL Could be a basketball player or a linebacker in the making.

Everything looks great. I will definitely need to make that cheese sauce yummy.
I love my wooden spoons so much but I did find something that chops up ground meat so well…a cheap (1.00 at the dollar store😉) potato masher (metal with a black handle) Lol. It works so well. Just a thought👍

I'm going to use pinto beans in the IP recipe. I think I'll take it straight to the tortillas rather than serve in bowls. My son-in-law is going to love those sauasge wraps! You keep teaching this old grandma new tricks!

What a great idea with the sausage wraps!!!!!! Thanks for the inspiration! I could do these very easily! I wouldn't buy quite so many sausages, as I live alone, but I could definitely do those! I'm sure they nuke just fine as well! The BBQ sauce sounds to me to be a good condiment and maybe some tiny diced onion in the tortilla or maybe some dill pickles! The ground beef dish looks to be super great! It'd make a most excellent burrito filling! I've made lots of them over the years and at work it's almost cliche' that I'll make a wrap or burrito out of almost anything! Cheeseless of course, but that's me! I agree with Ms. Dumont! Levi has a heck of a grin! When he's a teen the girls won't have a chance! As always, my very best to all of you including Po! Take care, all!!!
