I love tacos and I really love Birria tacos!!! And they definitely did not disappoint! But of course I do my meat and sauce in the pellet grill to give that extra smoky flavor, then onto the griddle! Tacos are just absolutely amazing no matter how you make them or what you put inside them!!! Cheers….. My Brothers!

Well done! I've been dying to do these. I see myself putting the meat on a rack above the pot on the smoker. I see people doing that with chili and ground beef. I bet the smoker would add a whole nother layer of deliciousness.

Only 2 snaps? We won't be making these.. Just Kidding!, They look awesome. Might add some more goodies inside. Wonder if this whole thing could be adapted to the Instant pot until the griddle part?

You should do a video about what happened to your old Blackstone. It seems like it was the best thing since slice bread one moment and tossed out with yesterdays trash the next. I have an old Oklahoma joe smoker and a new traeger grill but without a doubt the Oklahoma grill makes a better everything. So was just curious if you ever use the Blackstone or if pit boss won’t let you use it anymore. I love all your videos and am a subscriber and big fan. Was just curious.

Yo! I can smell that from NYC! So I have yet to do these, although I've done birria style with ground beef, dunked & finished on the griddle. I really want to do a proper chuck or short rib in the Dutch oven overnight, then make the tacos the following day.

You caught me drooling. I have been wanting to try these for some time now. I have been craving them so bad. It's funny that you happened to upload this video now, because on Easter I was telling my dad all about Birria Tacos and how they're made and I was searching for a place around here that makes them. I think I may just try making them myself now though. That beautiful red color is so appealing, I can almost taste it. I was also thinking that flour tortillas maybe pretty good too. Did you cook those long enough to get a crunch, just curious? Amazing cook, great job! Griddle On!

No manchen! Seriously? This time you really nail it! I did not expect that. It can not get better than this, I'm always here and annoying you, just one little tip, let the consome, (broth) cool down and remove the grease from the top, that grease is the best to warm up the tortillas, then you can easily drink the broth with chopped onion and chopped cilantro. The rest I'm proud of you guys! ….👍🇲🇽😛

This is a monthly thing at our house. I thought I was the only one who put carrots in it. I love corn but flour tortillas hold up better after the dunk. But seriously you forgot to put some chopped cilantro and white onion inside! And load that sucker with oaxaca! I love your cooks guys! Griddle on!!

That looks awesome! I prefer the flour vs. the corn tortillas, but that's just me. I have yet to try the dipped version. I always heat up my tortillas on the open flame on the oven top. Gotta try your version soon!
