My roast had no flavor.. it doesn’t matter what I do… I think it’s the cream of mushroom.. I do add potatoes to mine though…

Must be 16 baby carrots. Any number other than 16 will ruin the dish.

Just made this the other day and it was AWESOME. Someone commented that the mushroom and french soup mix would be too salty. Well I used a reduced sodium mushroom soup, and a roast beef flavor seasoning instead if the french soup mix. It was so good. And easy!

Cream of mushroom and onion soup mix!?!? Man, I always did that with pork shoulder in my crock pot as my bastardized rendition of pork chop braised in cream of mushroom. DUH, of course you can substitute, chuck roast… why did it never occur to me?
can I some how add potatoes, what would you suggest?
