    I love watching you cook and how you explain why you make the choices you do. It’s interesting to me how preferences play in. I saw the other comment about the celery; I too want to try to make it almost disappear on purpose… and think of it as a seasoning in recipes. I love that your choice is deliberately almost opposite. But now I want to try it your way!

    Tony's is the best! It's hard not to use it on everything. This was a great video! So many ideas and it inspired me to make tostadas soon because it's been too long! The ingredients layering in the stew was interesting….I always start with celery because I want the flavor, but I don't love eating it, so I'm happy when it disappears 😂
