The concept of having people pick what you eat and to eat things you would not know about is absolutely genius for a foody.
That looked very good. Or wow Sean you make that hash look good! Shredded russet, diced leftover sweet potato, pulled or shredded turkey, a bit of dried cranberry & onion – griddled and topped with gravy. Egg if you wish. That's my fav recipe.
