    I have a deep ( ok VERY deep ) love and respect for anything Mexican ever since going through New Mexico and having 6 bowls of the green chili… ( the red one is for the Gringo's ) I fell in SEVERE love with the Mexican cuisine at this juncture ( ok it MAY have had something to do with the 6 bowls of chili…. my ears were sweating … ) … I am truly humbled … Thank you SO much for your efforts and energy in making these video's for us Gringo's… 🙂

    Followed the recipe as is…but not flavorful enough. I had to sauté onions n tomato paste again n add taco seasoning mix for flavor. Add chopped cilantro n lime juice in the last was finally good.not sure what went before
