Eating this right now. Holy cow how delicious!! I added slap ya mama and lemon, cilantro and olive oil overnight. Didnโ€™t cut it until the end, just a big crispy perfectly baked @400 for about an hour turning regularly. Came out a little lemony but better that than just a dry rub that never made its way into the fat. Used fresh cilantro and made the guacamole that much better. Alright back for seconds. Great job!!

I bought pork belly and used a portion of it with pork butt to make Instant Pot pork carnitas for the first time. I was wondering what other recipes to make with the last 2 portions I have left over. I will be trying this! My mouth is watering.

Omg I remember growing up very poor on the Ysleta Reservation and my mom used to add cottage cheese and cheese to her guacamole. I later found out it was because she couldnโ€™t afford a lot of ๐Ÿฅ‘ Needless to say we stopped doing that once our situation bettered. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Omg ladies! I had pork belly in the freezer, and usually do it chinese style, but then I saw this video a few weeks ago and thought it looked delicious! Well yesterday hubby decided to defrost it, and didn't know what to do with it. I was like OMG tacos! So we watched it again, and made them and it was incredible. Just melt in your mouth! Can't wait to try more of your recipes, I need to find a good source for dried chiles.
