I went to a Korean BBQ and everything was delicious but one thing stood out as the best. It was one of the side dishes made from small pieces of dried squid with a red "sauce" or rather a coating. I have no Korean & the staff didn't have enough English for me to discuss it any more than to find out it was squid & that it was a traditional side for BBQ. And, that they didn't have any more. 😭😭😭 I've been dreaming about it ever since. Do you have any idea what I'm talking about? Could you do a video on it, please?

Is it possible to find doenjang gluten free? Half the time when I look for Korean ingredients at my local market I can't read the ingiso I can't take the risk it may make me sick 😞 I have been able to find GF miso paste, but I have to look carefully each time I get it to make sure I can have it.
