    Preparation Recap:

1 – Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2- Remove your noodles from the package and rinse under cold running water for 2-3 minutes.
3- Transfer noodles to boiling water and cook 2-3 minutes.
    4. Transfer to a dry pan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring to dry out the noodles.
NOTE: you'll hear them pop & sizzle. That is the noodles drying out. The LONGER you do that
(stirring while hearing the popping), the more they will taste like ""pasta"" as you know it.
5- Follow the rest of the recipe as intended .

I love this for my late night dinners! I let it sit in cold water for 2-3 mins, boiled for 5 mins, sauteed with soy sauce and veggies. The tough texture was gone!

Just tried these for the first time and was eating these with alfredo sauce. I…don't think I cooked them long enough on my pan as they were very, very chewy and gelatin like lol. Oh well. I have another bag to try and will definitely fry them longer since they are the fettuccine style.

i use these all the time and prepare them in a similar manner; however instead of frying i put them in the microwave to dry them out-quicker and easier method; i also do intermittent fasting and have read that you can have up to 50 calories during fasting periods, so if i get hungry i prepare a package of the noodles – all varieties — in the microwave; when they're dry i add salt substitute and erithrotol sweetener (sorry but i do use sweetner or i would never be able to diet) and have a full package of the noodles with a bottle of diet orange soda. this is filling and satisfying and way under 50 calories and can carry me thru the morning easily. for meals i prepare them the same way and add salt free tomateo paste and fish or some other protein plus a vegetable on the side for a filling and satisfying meal. sometimes i add melted fat-free cheese as a topping and voila — i have a healthy, low calorie delicious and satisfying italian dinner

I’m on Doug Kaufman’s diet, since I had fungal issues, and my holistic dentist recommended your diet to prevent periodontal problems (not sure why), but this helps with things I can eat. I’d like to see how I can put together your diet with the Kaufman diet. Thanks!!
