    Once the frost hit the collard greens , it doesnโ€™t take them long to cook . This time of the year they do be tuff . If you put a pinch of baking soda in them why cooking , it doesnโ€™t take them long to cook . The baking soda makes them tender .

    Iโ€™m from the N.West and love to try Southern Cooking. Collard greens are on the bucket list. But. Chicken Grease is my question. Iโ€™d hate to render chicken grease with chicken skin and not know what to do with the rest of the chicken meat and bones. Do you have a suggestion?
