Oh my god I have been considering an instant pot for a while but now I'm totally motivated to get one!
Some of the chawamushi egg smell too strong. I ever learnt fron a Japanese teacher. Using dasi soup mix witg egg. The taste is perfect and it taste like toufu do not have the egg smell.
