Maybe this is a stupid question. But why do you run it through three cycles of 120 minutes instead of just setting the pot for six hours -can you set the pot six hours? New instant pot user here 🙂

Question I followed your instructions as close as I could with a turkey carcass…I believe I let it sit too long in my instant pot? When I tasted the broth it tasted bitter, should I have kept it or gotten it in the fridge sooner?

Can you scoop out one serving of the mason jar when the bone broth is gelled and heat separately or do you have to heat the whole jar to liquify it and pour one serving out?

Should use organic / grass fed chicken or beef.
I put chunks of ginger in my bone broth.
I do it 360 minutes – the bones fall apart
If the 🐔 only knew that they are eating their relatives , they probably run away 😂

I’m going to try your method with the insta pot. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work.
Just had fun reading some of the comments about feeding chicken bones to chickens. 😊 I live on a tropical island and we have a lot of chickens running around-no one owns them- I’ve watched chickens eat anything from donkey poop to other dead chickens etc. 😉 Very eclectic diet.

Brilliant! What if I want to use a stockpot instead cuz I don’t have an instant pot? How much time should I leave it? And how much water should I put? Thanks a million in advance. ❤️

Thank you. I needed this recipe. Chickens eating chicken? Little cannibalistic isn't it? LOL. I'll bet it is very healthy for them and therefore healthy for you. Love everything about you, your family and your videos. I learn so much from you and I just can't get enough.
