Great video. Your pacing is very good. You showed us how you formed two cutlets, one with commentary and the second with close-up view, and then moved on. Well done. These would be good with ketchup, of course, but I was also thinking about tartar sauce, though that might just be because they look like fishcakes. Maybe with a pickle or two on the side?
