Thank you so much for your channel! Great recipes and I love your personality
LOL – don't use this side unless you're doing roadkill
I like to use cornstarch instead of flour
I love this channel and Chef Jean-Pierre and our Austrian tradition is a Schnitzel from calf while the Vienna potato salad is made with beef soup so the potatoes absorb the soup and the dressing over night. But i would eat the version in the video every day π
I've never had a cucumber salad, seems like it'd be refreshing in the summer.
the cuke salad, i remember eating bucnhes of these at a russian restaurant. I do wonder if Napoleonic wars brought recipes back from Russia and it got viral. becasue of its simplicity and affordablity, favored by all classes?
Double pepper in the cucumberβ¦what a rush, what a mess. Bad cooker.
I do the German style fried potato slices with bacon to go with mine.
Monsieur thats Polish schabowy with classic mizeria π
Fried chicken is not schnitzel, it's fried chicken! Having been born in Vienna Austria and raised in, basically a German household I grew up eating more schnitzel than I care to remember. Schnitzel is veal or pork, and always "preferably" veal. You are obviously adept (actually awesome) at French and Italian cuisine/cooking. Apparently Austrian/German, not so much.
Keep up the good work, I have been following you for over 40 years, always entertaining and educational.π
use calf not chicken and u have a german (austrian) classic – Wiener Schnitzel mit Kartoffel – Gurkensalat XD for the sweet: serve Preiselbeeren (cranberry jam)
I need that cling wrap dispenser!
Never cooked it in butter before but itβs gotta be good so Iβm gonna try it, this meal has my name on it itβs what I like. Thank you Chef
