Here's a tip. Instead of adding tomato paste to deepen the color of your sauce, try adding some red wine instead of white.
Your sauce reduced down nicely. I can see this being used as a spaghetti sauce with some ground pork sausage and just a pinch of sugar for balance. You just inspired me to make another one. Thanks Bro!
