Also if you dump that blob of cooked egg patty into a food processor and pulse just a few times to the level of crumbles you want, works SUPER!

For cooking the eggs in a bowl, you mentioned to cook it on manual or pressure release for 5 minutes, I don't understand the method, I'm new to this, could you explain if you mean cook on manual for 5 minutes and then wait 5 minutes pressure release and then quick pressure release? Thank you.

You showed putting the entire Ziploc freezer bag with the bowl shaped meal inside into the Instant Pot. Do you cook it inside the Instant Pot IN the plastic bags? If not, how do you get the bowl shaped frozen food out so you can cook it without the bag in your Instant Pot? I'm concerned about cooking inside the plastic bag, thinking it can't be good for us. Please enlighten me!
P.S. I loved your video. So many helpful hints!

HOLY WOW! This is awesome! I'm so inspired!!!! Thank you for your post! P.S. for those who are commenting on the ziplock bags…. just like the bowls, they are plastic. They can be washed and reused. And when you pull your ingredients from the ziplock frozen, the bags are SUPER easy to clean and dry. I actually open mine up and stand them to dry in my empty dishwasher. Just another little tip for those like me who are inspired by time-saving tips but don't want to harm the environment. 😉 Seriously… this is an awesome video!!!!

I keep going back and forth about getting an instant pot. You sold me on the idea of making a big pot of soup in there for the week. Ty! I'll be checking out your channel. 😀
