Hey Bumbi what an amazing recipe. It looks awesome. Can’t wait to make it . But I just wanted to ask that apart from sabudh masoor dal , which other dal can be used to make this rice? Also the cucumber raita is a family favourite. It was my grandma’s recipe. The only addition is that I give a tadka of jeera and curry leaves to the raita. Thanks for this wonderful recipe 🌸
