Hey, that's a really tasty vegan chicken broth powder recipe you posted here! Perfect for long term emergency storage and/or a prepper pantry. If made with chicken, the shelf life would only be one to two years. There's no real answers as to the shelf life of nutritional yeast, but I have some that's well over five years old and it still tastes good and nutty to me. Thanks for your posting.
