Girl I love how you love food! Totally making this as a side dish this Christmas. We are attempting to make the whole meal keto and I knew I would find some great recipes on your channel! Thanks and merry Christmas! πŸ’•

You could use Anthony's Cheddar Cheese Powder and make it taste like Kraft's Mac & Cheese. I use it with riced cauliflower. It's not bad at all when you are craving the high carb pastas.

I was wondering what the texture would be like, because gratin is typically creamier than spaghetti squash normally is. Happy to know that you can make it creamier and yay for my instapot. We've actually been craving this dish for a while now. I just told my family that you had a new video out and what it was and they were like ohh thank you. Lol, they've enjoyed every single recipe i've made of yours.

I love spaghetti squash with marinara sauce and that's the only way I know how to prepare it. It's squash season so I'll definitely try this. Thanks very much!πŸ‘

Dot, you have done it again. You most wonderful creative culinary delightful chef. What size Instant Pot do you have? My pressure cooker quit working not repairable. I have been thinking very hard on purchasing a Instant Pot. Have heard great reviews on it. Just myself and my husband at home. Also I have a Food Saver I just love. I have cooked spaghetti squash food saved in deep freeze. It freezes real well. And does well when reheated. This is great time of year to purchase squash and freeze. Best prices now. Thank you so very much for this wonderful tasty recipe. I think possibly could use almost any squash for this at gratin. God bless you. Hope you and your family doing well. Love, Tamson from Kentucky. πŸ˜‡πŸ‚πŸŒΏπŸŒ°πŸπŸŒΏπŸ‚πŸŒ°πŸπŸŒ°πŸŒΏπŸ‚πŸ

Hi😊 I’ve been binge watching your recipe videos for the last week. I love that everything you make is made from ingredients that are accessible from the supermarket. I’m in Tasmania on a farm and we have just planted a low carb vegetable garden. I especially can’t wait for my cauliflowers to grow!! I think you and your supportive husband are an inspiration. I was having a bad morning the other day and I watched one of your videos and you really uplifted me with your positivity and sound advice. Thank you πŸŽ€πŸ˜‡

I watched a video from Jamie Oliver's channel. He puts 2 butternut squashes in the oven whole for an hour and a half. Just wash the exterior thoroughly before you bake it! It comes out perfect. You can use whatever you need for the week in dishes. It's creamy and delish! A little Kerry gold butter with some garlic sauce mixed in and I need nothing else! 🀀
